Music In "Pride and Prejudice"

Episode #1 Mary @ Lucas Lodge (before being interrupted by
Lydia to "play a jig" - still had two movements to go.)

Rondo all' Ongarese ( Gypsy Rondo) --- Haydn--- Miss Bingley
at Netherfield - when she is trying to stop Darcy from
speaking to Elizabeth


Episode #2 Nel cor piu non mi sento----Paisiello---- Mary at
the Phillips ( where Wickham tells his tale of his lost
inheritance to Elizabeth) (used again in Episode 6 before
Bingley & Darcy visit Netherfield after the Wickhams leave.)

Eccio della Marcia (sp?) from Mozart's "Marriage of Figaro"
(Act III)-- music played as the Bennets arrive at
Netherfield ball and Darcy looks out the window.

[What dance orchestra played as Bingley takes Lizzy and Jane
by the arm and escorts them into the ballroom]

Largo ("Slumber Dear Maid")--- Handel---- Mary Bennet at
Netherfield. Then "My Mother Bid Me Bind My Hair..." [before
Mr Bennet interrupts/stops her]

Rondo alla Turca (Turkish Rondo)--- Mozart (Piano Sonata in
A Major - K331)----Mrs.Hurst at Netherfield [preempting Mr
Collins from singing]




Episode #3 At Phillips' House: Christmas Carol [God Rest ye
Merry Gentltmen] --- Maria Lucas sings with Mary Bennet at
the piano

??Background music (Mary plays)for Mrs Gardner/Wickham mtg -
talking about Derbyshire

At Rosings: Andante (part of first Movement) ---Mozart (from
Piano Sonata in A Major - K331 again)--- Elizabeth at
Rosings (first piece)

??Second Piece (what Eliz plays while she banters with
Darcy)



Episode #4 Pemberley: Elizabeth plays/sings Voi che
sapete--- Mozart ( From "Marriage of Figaro) Georgianna: (1)

mentions as the inspiration for his music in P&P

I'd particularly like to know what it was that Georgianna
played the _second_ night at Pemberley -- after Eliz had
left.
